Accessibility Statement
ALOHA LIFE LETTERS LLC
Effective Date: July 14, 2026 Last Updated: July 14, 2026
Aloha Life Letters wants everyone to enjoy our art and website. We are committed to making our Site welcoming and usable for people of all abilities.
1. Our Commitment
We believe art and creativity should be accessible to as many people as possible. We are working to ensure our website is usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time task.
2. What We Are Doing
Our Site is built on a modern website platform (currently powered by WIX) that provides accessibility tools and features, and we use those tools as we design and update our pages. As part of our ongoing effort, we aim to:
• • Provide meaningful text alternatives for important images of our Artwork where practical
• • Use clear, readable text, headings, and layout
• • Maintain reasonable color contrast for readability
• • Support keyboard navigation and screen-reader compatibility where our platform allows
• • Review new pages and content with accessibility in mind
We consider accessibility whenever practical as we add new pages, products, educational materials, and features to the Site.
3. Guiding Standards
We generally strive to follow the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, or the then-current version where appropriate, as a helpful reference for our work. We recognize that complete compliance may not always be possible, and we do not claim certification or perfect conformance across every page, piece of content, or third-party feature.
4. Browser and Device Compatibility
Our Site is designed to work with current versions of major web browsers and common assistive technologies where supported by the technology powering our Site. Because devices and browsers vary, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every browser, device, or configuration.
5. Third-Party Content
Some parts of our Site rely on third-party tools and integrations, such as platform features, payment providers, and embedded content. While we do not control the accessibility of these third-party elements, we strive to choose providers that value accessibility and encourage them to maintain accessible experiences.
6. We Would Love Your Feedback
If you encounter any difficulty using our Site or have a suggestion to help us improve, please let us know. Email us at aloha@alohalifeletters.com and let us know the page and the trouble you experienced. We appreciate accessibility feedback and will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly. Whenever reasonably possible, we will do our best to provide requested information in an accessible format. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, we welcome the opportunity to work with you to provide the information or assistance you need in another reasonable format. If you need help placing an Order or accessing information, we are glad to assist you personally.
7. Continuous Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing journey, and we are committed to continually learning, improving, and welcoming feedback that helps make Aloha Life Letters more accessible to everyone.
