This document explains who owns the creative work you find at Aloha Life Letters and how you may request permission to use it. It works alongside our Artwork & Copyright Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

1. Ownership of Our Work

All of our creative work is the property of Aloha Life Letters LLC or its licensors, including our Artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, written content, letters, Course materials, templates, downloads, branding, logos, graphics, videos, audio, and other creative works, whether currently available or created in the future. This work is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law. The names "Aloha Life Letters" and "Aloha Life Letters LLC," together with our logos and brand elements, are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.

2. Rights You Receive When You Buy

When you purchase a print, product, or Digital Product, you receive it for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Personal use includes displaying the Artwork in your home or office, framing it, and gifting an original item you purchased. It does not include scanning, digitizing, reproducing, commercial display, sublicensing, creating derivative works, or uploading the Artwork to AI systems. Purchasing an item does not transfer any copyright or other intellectual property rights to you. Detailed permissions and limitations are described in our Artwork & Copyright Policy.

3. Copyright Notices and Attribution

Copyright notices, signatures, watermarks, and attribution are part of our work and may not be removed, altered, obscured, or replaced.

4. What Requires Our Written Permission

Please contact us for written permission before you:

• Reproduce, copy, or print our Artwork beyond the personal use allowed with your purchase
•
• Use our Artwork or content for any commercial purpose, including resale or promotion
•
• License our Artwork, or use it in a product, publication, or print-on-demand service
•
• Use our Artwork in classrooms, Workshops, or Organizations beyond ordinary personal display
•
• Feature substantial portions of our content on another website or platform
•
• Use our Artwork in merchandise, books, magazines, websites, online Courses, podcasts, YouTube videos, social media advertising, product packaging, or organizational use

We review every request individually and are always happy to explore thoughtful licensing opportunities. If a request is a good fit, we’ll let you know the available terms.

5. Sharing on Social Media

We are delighted when you share our work in ways that respect the rights of everyone involved. You are always welcome to share links to our Site, to repost our official Aloha Life Letters social media posts using the built-in sharing tools of each platform, and to tag or credit Aloha Life Letters. Downloading, reposting, or modifying our Artwork outside those platform-sharing features requires our permission unless otherwise permitted. Whenever you share, please keep our watermark, signature, or credit intact, and please do not present our work as your own or use it to promote a business without permission.

6. Licensing and Permission Requests

We are open to thoughtful licensing and collaboration. If you would like to license an image, commission a use, or request classroom or organizational permission, email us at aloha@alohalifeletters.com with a description of how, where, and for how long you would like to use the work. We review requests individually and will let you know our terms. If you are an educator, librarian, school, or nonprofit organization, please identify yourself and your institution when you contact us so we can review educational and nonprofit requests efficiently.

7. Respecting Others’ Rights and Reporting Infringement

We respect others' intellectual property and expect the same in return. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used improperly on our Site, or if you spot unauthorized use of our work, please contact us at aloha@alohalifeletters.com. Please include enough information for us to reasonably investigate, such as a description of the work, where it appears, and your contact information, and we will respond promptly.

8. AI, Scraping, and Data Use

Our Artwork, images, and content may not be scraped, harvested, or used to train, develop, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine-learning system without our express written permission. This includes generative AI, foundation models, large language models (LLMs), embeddings, retrieval datasets, text and data mining (TDM), dataset creation, tokenization, blockchain technologies, digital collectibles, and any substantially similar technologies now known or later developed. These rights are reserved by Aloha Life Letters LLC as the copyright holder and are consistent with our Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Reservation of Rights

Any rights not expressly granted in this document are reserved by Aloha Life Letters LLC.
