COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Community Guidelines

ALOHA LIFE LETTERS LLC

Effective Date: July 14, 2026 Last Updated: July 14, 2026

Our Courses, Workshops, Events, Member Areas, and comment spaces are meant to feel like a warm, encouraging place to create and connect. These Community Guidelines keep that spirit alive and help everyone enjoy a safe, respectful, and inspiring creative community.

1. The Spirit of Aloha

At the heart of Aloha Life Letters is aloha—a spirit of kindness, respect, and genuine care for one another. Whether you are commenting on a post, participating in a Workshop, or sharing in a Member Area, we ask you to bring that same warmth. Encourage others, celebrate creativity in all its forms, and remember there is a real person behind every screen.

2. How to Show Up Well

• Be kind, welcoming, and supportive, especially to beginners
• Share encouragement and constructive, generous feedback
• Respect different backgrounds, skill levels, and points of view
• Give credit where it is due and respect others’ work and privacy
• Keep conversations relevant to the space you are in

3. What Is Not Welcome

To keep our community safe and joyful, please do not:

• Harass, bully, insult, threaten, or demean anyone
• Post hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or violent content
• Share spam, scams, self-promotion, or advertising of any kind
• Share others’ private information without permission
• Post content that infringes anyone’s copyright or other rights
• Use another member’s work, Artwork, photos, writing, or creative ideas without permission or proper attribution
• Copy, screenshot, record, or redistribute Course materials, Member Area content, or other participants’ work without permission
• Use community spaces to solicit people away from the community in disruptive ways

4. Courses, Workshops, and Member Areas

Access to our Courses, Workshops, Events, and protected Member Areas is personal to you and non-transferable. Please do not share your login, record, or redistribute sessions and materials, or upload them elsewhere. Personal stories, discussions, and shared experiences within the community should be treated with respect and confidentiality and kept within the community unless the person has given permission to share them elsewhere. Full licensing terms are in our Digital Products, Courses & Member Area License Agreement.

Community content—including posts, materials, and other members’ contributions—may not be copied or used for AI training, dataset creation, text and data mining, generative AI, or substantially similar technologies. Please see our Acceptable Use Policy and Artwork & Copyright Policy for more.

5. Sharing Your Own Creations

We love seeing what you make. If a Workshop or Course invites you to share your work, please share only what is yours or what you have permission to share. You retain ownership of your own creations. By posting within the community, you grant Aloha Life Letters a limited, non-exclusive permission to display that content within the community for its intended purpose only; ownership is not transferred to us.

6. Moderation

We may edit, remove, or hide content, and warn, mute, suspend, or remove participants who do not follow these Guidelines or our Acceptable Use Policy. Moderation decisions are made at our reasonable discretion after considering the circumstances of each situation, and our goal, whenever possible, is to educate, resolve concerns constructively, and maintain a healthy, welcoming community rather than simply police it. We also reserve the right to immediately remove content or to remove any participant without prior notice when someone presents a safety risk or engages in severe harassment.

7. Telling Us About a Problem

If something in our community feels off or unsafe, please reach out to us at aloha@alohalifeletters.com. We encourage you to report harassment, copyright concerns, abusive behavior, spam, security issues, or anything that makes the community feel unsafe. We take concerns seriously and appreciate your help in keeping this a beautiful place.

Thank you for helping us create a community where creativity, encouragement, and aloha can flourish. Every member plays an important role in shaping the experience for everyone else.
