Digital Products, Courses & Member Area License Agreement

This Agreement covers our Digital Products, online Courses, protected Member Areas, and downloadable resources, including our online business-building Courses and other educational offerings, as well as future offerings. By purchasing or accessing any of these, you agree to the terms below.

1. What This Covers

This Agreement applies to all Digital Products offered by Aloha Life Letters LLC, including digital art downloads, printable files, online Courses, Workshop recordings, downloadable resources, and access to protected Member Areas. It works together with our Terms & Conditions and Artwork & Copyright Policy.

2. Your License

When you purchase a Digital Product or enroll in a Course, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. This license is limited solely to you, the purchaser, and may not be shared with multiple households, businesses, organizations, or teams unless we expressly permit it. We keep ownership of all content and all intellectual property rights. This is a license to use the material, not a sale of the underlying work. If you are a business, team, school, or organization that would like multiple people to access a Digital Product or Course, please contact us at aloha@alohalifeletters.com to arrange multi-user or team licensing.

3. What You May Do

• Access and view Course content and Member Areas for your own learning
• Download materials that are marked as downloadable, for your personal use

• Print a purchased printable or digital art file for your own personal, non-commercial use, within any limits stated on the listing

• Use the knowledge, techniques, ideas, and general concepts you learn to build and operate your own business or creative projects

The knowledge, skills, techniques, ideas, and experience you gain are yours to apply. These restrictions apply only to our protected expression of those ideas, including our written materials, videos, Artwork, downloads, templates, and other original content.

4. Course and Content Protections

To protect our work and to be fair to every student and customer, you agree that you will not:

• Share, sell, resell, sublicense, rent, or transfer your access, account, or login to anyone else

• Share your account or allow others to use your access; access is personal to you

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Course materials, videos, downloads, or Member Area content

• Upload our materials to file-sharing sites, cloud drives, forums, or any public or shared location

• Upload our protected materials to AI assistants, AI platforms, or similar automated systems.

• Record, screen-capture, or re-host videos, live sessions, or Member Area content

• Create summaries, transcripts, or derivative training materials from our content for redistribution

• Use our materials to create a competing Course, product, or derivative work, or to teach or conduct substantially similar Courses without our permission

• Use our materials, Artwork, videos, downloads, templates, or other protected content for generative AI, foundation models, large language models (LLMs), embeddings, retrieval datasets, text and data mining (TDM), dataset creation, or to train, fine-tune, or build any AI or machine-learning system, or any substantially similar technologies now known or later developed

• Bypass, disable, or circumvent any technical protections or access controls

• Remove or alter any copyright notice, watermark, or attribution

5. Access and Availability

Access to Digital Products and Courses is provided through your account or a secure link, for the access period stated at purchase or, where no specific period is stated, for as long as we continue to make that Digital Product available. Access may also end if you violate this Agreement. We may update or improve Course content over time, and temporary maintenance or technical interruptions may occasionally occur. If we ever need to retire a Course, we will give reasonable notice where practical. You are responsible for having internet access and the basic equipment needed to use Digital Products.

6. Downloads and Delivery

Downloadable items are delivered electronically and are available shortly after purchase. Please download and save your files promptly, as you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies after download, where applicable. If you have trouble accessing or downloading a file, contact us, and we will help.

7. Educational Purpose and No Guarantees

Our Courses and digital resources are educational and reflect our own experience. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice, and we do not guarantee any particular income or result. Purchasing a Course does not create a consulting, coaching, mentoring, fiduciary, or professional advisory relationship between you and Aloha Life Letters. Please see our Disclaimer, and remember that your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.

8. Refunds

Because Digital Products and Courses are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, they are generally non-refundable once access or download is provided. Limited exceptions and technical-support options are described in our Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy. Dissatisfaction with your business results or financial outcomes is not a basis for a refund, because we do not guarantee any income, sales, or business success; results depend on your own effort and circumstances, as explained in our Disclaimer.

9. Enforcement and Termination

If you violate this Agreement, we may suspend or revoke your access without refund and pursue any remedies available under applicable law. Suspension or termination of access does not eliminate your continuing obligations regarding copyright, confidentiality, licensing restrictions, or intellectual property. All restrictions in this Agreement, including those protecting our intellectual property and prohibiting redistribution and AI use, survive termination and continue to apply even after your access ends.

10. Related Policies

This Agreement works together with our Terms & Conditions, Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy, Artwork & Copyright Policy, Copyright & Legal Permissions, Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines (where Member Areas are involved), Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
